About the Role
Are you someone who loves figuring things out, thrives on getting stuff done, and can bring clarity to chaos? This role is all about turning ideas into action and making sure our plans don’t just stay on paper. As the CEO’s operational partner, you’ll help keep things moving, solve real challenges, and ensure the company runs smoothly.
We’re looking for someone who’s detail-driven, action-oriented, and has the analytical skills to untangle even the trickiest problems. You’ll work closely with our CEO and leadership team to execute strategies, represent SHIT2POWER at events and meetings, and make sure the important things always come first.
This role is designed for someone eager to grow into the rhythm of entrepreneurship, and help us scale this startup into something extraordinary.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
1.Fundraising & Investor Relations
- Prepare compelling pitch decks and investor communications.
- Coordinate and actively engage meetings, follow-ups, and track action items.
2.Operational Support
- Organize and prioritize the CEO’s tasks to focus on strategic objectives.
- Streamline processes to improve efficiency and ensure deadlines are met.
- Address day-to-day operational challenges to ensure smooth company functioning.
3.Communications
- Draft and manage internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Ensure all messaging aligns with our mission and strategic goals.
- Facilitate consistent information flow between team members and stakeholders, while feeling comfortable with representing the company at events and meetings when necessary.
4.Goal-Setting & Alignment
- Lead the company’s goal-setting process, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Oversee KPIs and facilitate quarterly reviews to measure progress toward objectives.
- Develop innovative approaches to optimize processes and projects
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Skills & Experience:
- Strong analytical mindset, able to bring clarity to complex situations.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent German (C2) and English (C1) speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Experience working in startups or scaling organizations.
Mindset:
- Problem-solver with a proactive, hands-on “getting 💩 ⚡ done” approach.
- Curious, driven, and open to tackling changing tasks in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
- Trustworthy and discreet, handling sensitive information with integrity.
- Adaptable and capable of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, from wastewater operators to investors.
- Willingness to travel for events, meetings, and other key company opportunities.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in (scaling) startups, consulting, or operations roles, including roles like Founder Associate.
- Familiarity with fundraising processes in startups.
- Knowledge of goal-setting frameworks like OKRs or KPIs.
- Familiarity with tools like Pipedrive, Asana, or Google Workspace.
