    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the preliminary recording and approval of incoming invoices
    • Set up payments weekly
    • Post receivables, payables and bank transactions into the accounting system DATEV
    • Support account reconciliation
    • Contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements at both individual and group levels
    • Gain deep insights into the accounting of our corporate group, expanding your knowledge
    • Prepare month-end transactions for the Japanese subsidiary (no Japanese skills are needed)

    Bring to the Team

    • Hold a completed commercial apprenticeship or pursue a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance
    • Bring practical experience in accounting and have worked with DATEV or comparable ERP system
    • Demonstrate an independent, diligent, and efficient working style, paired with strong teamwork skills
    • Excellent in MS Excel
    • Good German and English language skills, both spoken and written
