  • At the heart of our organization lies a commitment to our people. We're searching for a compassionate and driven Recruiter for Field Workers to join our HR team. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce, ensuring that every individual who joins our team feels valued and supported.

    Your task will be to not only find the right talent for our company but also to connect with candidates on a personal level, understanding their aspirations and how they align with our mission.     Tasks

    • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), networking, and referrals
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for field roles
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process
    • Use your expertise to create inviting social media ad campaigns that make candidates feel welcome - especially Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok and Indeed
    • Continuously refine recruitment strategies for improved efficiency and quality
    • Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed
    • Last, but not least: Ensure candidates feel valued and at ease throughout their recruitment journey

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in skilled trades
    • 1+ year(s) of experience in performance marketing, including running social media campaigns
    • Fluency (C2) in German is a must
    • Fluency (C1) in English is required
