• experienced in managing six-figure marketing budgets • familiar with the hospitality industry

• A proven track record as an individual contributor, with some leadership experience

• Leading marketing ops: Strategy, reporting, sales enablement

• Thinking in bets & backing it up with market research

• Creativity for growth hacking and out-of-the-box marketing activities

• Experience in strategic content production and distribution, including retention content

• Managing systems: HubSpot, Dashboards, Analytics, Automations

• Experience in building partnerships and referral networks

• Confidence in presenting at webinars and events with our hotel and tech partners • Expertise in HubSpot Marketing Suite, Google-, and LinkedIn-Ads
