Tasks

• you will play a key role during the product-market fit research stage of our SaaS product
• you'll bring creative and self-driven tactics to help Smartblick find the road to success
• you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, management, optimization, and further development of our online marketing activities/campaigns
• you will work closely with our Content Creation Specialist and support them with both technical and brand awareness knowledge
• you will be responsible for marketing optimization and the creation of lead-generation opportunities
• you'll be responsible for metrics, analytics, and performance-based marketing tools
• you will co-manage and optimize our social media channels as well as our internal and external communication measures in various channels (intranet, SEA/SEO, PR, print, newsletter, advertising material, etc.)
• you support the maintenance and further development of our website
• you manage external agencies and service providers as well as cooperation partners
• you will also be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing company events and target group-specific events when needed

Requirements

• exceptional verbal and written communication in German and English. Polish and other languages are a plus
• Berlin-based
• experience in SaaS is a must
• familiar and comfortable working in a Startup environment during the product-market fit research stage
• you have several years of professional experience in online marketing
• knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Heatmaps, etc.)
• you're hungry for knowledge and have a genuine interest in marketing
• you have experience with social media marketing
• you have experience with standard marketing tools (WordPress, etc.)
• you have a keen sense of current marketing trends and technologies
• experience in marketing for a technical product is a plus
• you are enthusiastic and have the will to redesign and advance topics
• you are metrics-driven
• you have strong teamwork skills and communication skills
• you are proactive and goal-oriented
