    Tasks

    The role

    You'll be the bridge between our development team and our user base, with the ability to align software engineering and business needs.

    Your responsibilities:

    • Understanding User Needs: uncover user pain points & opportunities. Talk proactively and directly to customers.
    • Roadmap Architect: Prioritizing features, defining product requirements, and crafting the roadmap for future iterations.
    • Prioritizing for Success: Analyzing data and user feedback to determine what matters most for our product's evolution.
    • Usability Focus: Ensuring our B2B software feels as intuitive and enjoyable as any consumer app.
    • End-to-End Ownership: You'll be responsible for a product from conception to launch and beyond, measuring success and iterating based on results.
    • Collaborative Spirit: Partner with product owners, engineers, & marketing to bring your vision to life.

    Requirements

    • Has 3+ years of experience as a successful Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment, managing products from conception to launch and ongoing development.
    • Possesses a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
    • Thrives in a collaborative environment and excels at communication.
    • Is data-driven and comfortable making decisions based on insights.
    • Has a passion for software and a desire to make it more user-friendly.
    • Has an eye for UX/UI design and detail.
    • Knows how to conduct customer interviews and read between the lines.
    • Knows how to motivate development teams and express ideas.
    • Has strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Has a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
    • Experience in manufacturing is a big plus.
