We are a Munich-based startup that offers a SaaS solution for logistics companies to automatically assign a large number of shipments to vehicles in an optimal route. With our software, we simplify the dispatcher's work and reduce the number of vehicles used, kilometers driven, and time spent.
With our frontend customers can manage master data like their fleet, territories as well as many domain-specific parameters and process the planned tours. We utilize data analytics and visualization, machine learning, operations research methods, and mathematical programming to lift transport optimization to the next level.

Hence you can shape and build our services, your environment, your team, and even more - The company.  Fully remote work is possible from within Germany (for legal reasons), though we encourage and support meetings in Munich or off-sites once per month.

You work closely with our product, customer success, sales, and backend teams to build customer UI features as well as internal dashboards. If you feel comfortable with the full stack you are very welcome to implement vertically. Our current frontend tech stack consists of React, Typescript, Redux, and Material UI with JSS, but if you have similar experiences and are willing to learn and expand your expertise, this is fine. The backend runs on Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy, and PostgresSQL

• You are creative, have an excellent feeling for UI / UX and an eye for details

• Experience with any modern Frontend JS framework (React/Angular/Vue/Svelte/*) and the willingness to learn our tech stack

• A knack for good UX and good designs

• Skilled in creating sketches, wireframes, UI mockups, and ideally in working with Leaflet or other solutions for interactive maps

• Very good communication skills in English

• The right to work in Germany - though we can support you with getting the visa/work permit
