- Build and improve our medical reporting engine, an interactive medical reporting application that supports radiologists throughout the entire reporting process
- Design and implement robust backend APIs, using consolidated and modern healthcare standards (e.g. HL7, FHIR)
- Collaborate within an agile development team to deliver high-quality functioning software
- Drive interoperability by ensuring seamless data synchronization with other healthcare systems and large-scale integration projects
- Enhance scalability by optimizing our on-premises installer for seamless deployment across numerous hospitals and private practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and medical experts to ship high-quality software
- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Fullstack Engineering, with a proven track record of building web applications
- Strong knowledge of modern web frameworks and technologies, including TypeScript, React, Node.js and Java
- Solid experience working with databases, such as MongoDB and SQL
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience working in collaborative, agile development teams
- Curiosity and passion for continuous self-development and staying up to date with new technologies
- Previous experience in Healthcare IT (HL7, DICOM, FHIR) would be a significant advantage
- Strong communication skills - English fluency required
