Tasks

As a Machine Learning Expert, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing business workflows.

Your expertise in large language models, data segmentation, and workflow automation will be crucial in helping businesses improve their efficiency and effectiveness in marketing, sales, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

Lead the research, development, and deployment of large language models (LLMs) for business applications.
Architect and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance sales enablement, marketing automation, and personalization.
Design and optimize data segmentation strategies to enhance AI model performance and accuracy.
Build and integrate LLM-based solutions into existing workflows, ensuring smooth adoption by employees.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and tailor AI solutions to address them.
Stay at the forefront of AI/ML advancements
Contribute to product development strategies, and long-term vision

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience in building, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, LLaMA, or custom transformer-based architectures.
Strong expertise in data segmentation, feature engineering, and model optimization.
Experience integrating AI/ML models into enterprise workflows, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
Deep understanding of cloud-based AI infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
