Become a part of our Operations Team as a Working Student in Digital Games Marketing (m/f/d) in Cologne!

Work closely with our Operations team and take over the following responsibilities:

• Administer and schedule ad postings in Facebook Ad Manager, with the guidance of the Operations team.
• Continuously analyse ad performance and use metrics like ROAS or conversion rate as a basis for data-driven strategies to optimize ad targeting and content.
• Utilise AI technologies, including ChatGPT, to scale ads.
• Develop and implement automation strategies to streamline processes and ad postings.
• Design and implement A/B testing to determine the most effective ad creatives, targeting, and content strategies.
• Administer tournament and fanpage postings on Facebook to increase traffic.
• Oversee the ad spending budget, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum campaign performance.
• Conduct audience research to identify and segment target demographics more effectively.

Requirements

✔ You are enrolled at a German university for at least another year

✔ You have first experience in Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

✔ You have strong analytical abilities to interpret data and metrics effectively.

✔ You are technologically savvy, with a strong technical proficiency.

✔ You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.

✔ Nice to have: You have experience in using Facebook Ad Manager for ad scheduling and management.

✔ Nice to have: You bring basic programming or scripting skills to enhance automation.

✔ Nice to have: You have graphic design skills for creating engaging ad content.
