We’re looking for a proactive Customer Acquisition Manager to expand our B2B client base and introduce immersive solutions to new industries.
Tasks
- Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies to grow our B2B client base.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and refine market positioning.
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
- Track and optimize performance using analytics tools.
- Manage acquisition budgets and maximize return on investment.
- Report acquisition performance and insights to stakeholders.
- Leverage digital marketing tools to maximize customer reach.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align acquisition initiatives with business goals.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in international B2B sales, ideally in events, media, or tech sectors.
- Proven success in lead generation and customer acquisition in your past roles.
- Fluent in German and English (ideally at a native level); additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, French, Chinese, etc. are a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- Expertise in Google Analytics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Campaign Manager, CRM, and reporting tools.
- Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g. Canva).
- Strong analytical skills to drive data-based decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
