We are looking for an Relationship Specialist 🫱🏽‍🫲🏾

Our Agency Partnerships Manager will identify, attract, and retain the most relevant creator agencies for SongPush. This role will involve creating long-lasting agency partnerships to ensure a high concentration of creator agencies & top creators on our platform.

Tasks

Your Responsibilities 💪🏼

1. Agency Goals & KPI Planning

• Setting Targets: Together with our Head of Creators you define & iterate monthly and yearly goals for agency acquisition & retention

2. Creator Agency Acquisition

• Targeted Outreach: Identify and categorize relevant creator agencies
• Sales Funnel: Design and execute a lean partnerships funnel
• CRM: Track the partnerships process with our CRM systems
• Agency Onboarding: Ensure a seamless creator agency onboarding process

3. Creator Agency Retention

• Retention Strategies: Develop & iterate retention strategies
• Clear Communication: Establish effective communication channels with agency partners
• Activity Monitoring: Ensure high partner engagement
• Contract System: Create robust agency contracts
• Relationship Building: Prioritize in-person meetings and events

Required Job Experiences/Background

• Agency Relations: Proven experience managing relationships with creator agencies (Required)
• Marketing/Sales: Background in personalized outreach and lead generation (Required)
• Industry Experience: Knowledge of digital marketing and the creator economy. (Required)
• Contract Negotiation: Experience in contract negotiation. (Required)
• Data Analysis: Proficiency with data analysis tools like Power BI (Preferred)

Soft Skills

• Excellent Communication: Superior verbal and written skills (Required)
• Negotiation Skills: Strong skills for managing contracts (Required)
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans (Required)
• Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills (Required)
• Problem-Solving: Strong skills for handling challenges (Required)
• Entrepreneurial Mind: Challenge existing processes and redefine them if needed (Required)
