We are looking for an Entrepreneurial Tech Wizard 🪄 to be in charge of all automations & process optimizations at SongPush.

You will be responsible for setting up and managing automations & processes across various departments using our comprehensive software stack.

What You'll Do 💪🏼

• Automation: Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using Webhooks, REST API or tools such as Zapier, Make or Relay
• Integration: Integrate and automate processes within the CRM, Notion, Google Sheets and other tools to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaboration: Collaborate with department heads to identify automation opportunities and optimize existing workflows
• Monitoring: Monitor and maintain automation processes to ensure seamless operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• CRM Setup: Setup & optimize CRM for both sides of the marketplace (advertisers & creators)
• Training: Provide ongoing training and support to team members on automation tools and best practices
• Documentation: Document all automation processes and create user-friendly guides for internal use

Qualifikation

Who You Are ☀️

• Proven experience in automation and workflow management using using Webhooks, REST API or tools such as Zapier, Make or Relay (Required)
• Strong technical skillset and experience with CRMs, Notion, Google Sheets (Required)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions, automations and work-arounds (Required)
• A business & entrepreneurial mind who understands which automations & new processes are needed and why (Required)
• A Team player who works effectively with cross-functional teams (Required)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (Required)
