We are looking for a Creator Captain 🧑‍✈️ to lead our Creator Department!

Our Head of Creators will grow and lead our supply side, focusing on relationships with Creators and Creator Management Agencies. As the Captain, you will grow and lead the Independent Creator and Creator Agency sub-departments. You will expand the team, inspire, and manage Creator Managers and Agency Partnerships Managers.

Tasks

Your Responsibilities 💪🏼

⚡️ Top Talent Acquisition: Acquire top creators and ensure high engagement and retention

⚡️ Agency Partnerships: Build long-lasting partnerships with top creator agencies

Goals & KPI Planning

• Set Targets: Define and track acquisition goals
• Effective Reporting: Establish efficient reporting system

Creator Acquisition & Retention

• Collaborative Efforts: Acquire new creators in collaboration with marketing
• Personalized Communication: Develop scalable, automated communication
• Secure Contracts: Engage top creators
• Community Building: Foster a community through events and communication

Creator Agency Acquisition & Retention

• Targeted Outreach: Identify and categorize relevant creator agencies
• Sales Funnel: Design and execute a lean sales funnel
• CRM Setup: Track the sales process with CRM
• Smooth Onboarding: Ensure seamless creator onboarding process
• Agency Retention Strategies: Develop agency retention strategies
• Clear Communication: Establish effective communication channels with all creator agency partners
• Activity Monitoring: Engage creator agencies with offers and campaigns
• Contract System: Create robust agency contracts
• Relationship Building: Prioritize in-person meetings and events

Required Job Experiences/Background

• Creator Relations: Proven experience managing relationships with creators (Required)
• Marketing/Sales: Background in personalized outreach and lead generation (Required)
• Industry Experience: Deep knowledge & enthusiasm for the creator economy and the advertising market. (Required)
• Contract Negotiation: Experience in contract negotiation. (Required)
• Data Analysis: Proficiency with data analysis tools like Power BI (Preferred)
• Automated Tools: Experience with tools like Braze, Beehiv, and WhatsApp (Preferred)

• Excellent Communication: Superior verbal and written skills (Required)
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans (Required)
• Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills (Required)
