    We are looking for a Senior Product Manager or Head of Product 🧠

    Our Senior Product Manager/Head of Product will be the driving force behind the creation of the first truly global software powerhouse for Creator Marketing. This role demands an individual who is both strategic and hands-on, with a proven track record in driving product success from concept to scale-up. You will lead defining our product vision and specs, drive innovation and ensure our product offerings resonate with our user needs and target market.

    Aufgaben

    Your Responsibilities 💪🏼

    1. Product Strategy & Vision Development

    • Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with Management to define monthly, quarterly and yearly goals and translate these into a detailed product roadmap that guides all product development efforts.
    • Visionary Leadership: Establish and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with the company's overall goals and market opportunities.
    • Monetization Strategy: Develop and optimize monetization strategies to maximize product profitability and ensure sustainable revenue growth.

    2. Product Development & Management

    • User Flow Design: Lead the creation and optimization of user flows to enhance user experience and engagement across the platform.
    • Complex Logic & Dependencies: Develop and define complex logic and dependencies within the platform, ensuring these are clearly conceptualized, validated, and effectively communicated to the development team for implementation.
    • Product Design: Create sketches (basic UI/UX expertise required) and work closely with UI/UX designers to craft user-centric designs that drive engagement and satisfaction.
    • Market Expertise: Leverage strong experience in Social Media and/or Creator Marketing (with additional experience in marketplace platforms highly preferred) to anticipate market trends and customer needs.
    • Market Research: Identify market needs and customer pain points to guide product decisions and development priorities.
    • Lifecycle Management: Oversee key aspects of the product lifecycle, including maintenance and post-launch iteration, but prioritize the development and implementation of new, innovative logics and features that drive product growth and differentiation.
    • Tool Ownership: Collaborate with management to ensure that tools like Product Board or are meticulously used and maintained, taking full ownership of the systems' upkeep. High precision and extensive prior experience with these tools are critical. Additionally, good knowledge of Jira or other ticket solutions is required.
    • Process Optimization: Identify and implement optimizations in product processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Documentation: Ensure all product documentation is comprehensive, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant teams.

    3. Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Optimization

    • Cross-Departmental Facilitator: Act as the key link between operational departments (e.g., Creator, Campaigns, Sales, Platform Analytics) and the development team to ensure alignment on product needs, goals and execution.
    • Feedback Integration: Collect and analyze user feedback, transforming it into actionable insights for product improvement and innovation.
    • CTO & Management Communication: Maintain regular communication with the CTO and management, taking ownership of these exchanges to ensure alignment with broader company goals.

    4. Product Launch & Iteration

    • Launch Strategies: Develop and execute effective launch strategies to ensure successful product launches that meet market demands and enhance platform value.
    • Feedback Loops: Establish mechanisms for collecting and analyzing user feedback to drive continuous improvement of product features.
    • Continuous Improvement: Iterate on product features based on user feedback and data analysis to ensure the product remains competitive and aligned with user needs.

    5. Team Management & Future Leadership

    • Coordination & Management: Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and the ability to efficiently coordinate and manage a product team, even as it grows in the future.
    • Team Leadership Experience: Have a proven history of leading teams in past roles

    6. Data-Driven Decision Making

    • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs and other performance metrics to track product success and identify areas for improvement, ensuring the product meets business objectives and delivers value.
    • Market & User Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and user analysis to inform product decisions and ensure market fit.
    • Quality Standards: Develop and maintain high standards for product quality, conducting regular audits and ensuring compliance with established guidelines.

    Qualifikation

    Who You Are ☀️

    A seasoned professional with over 5-7 years of experience in product management. While extensive experience in Social Media and/or Creator Marketing is highly valued, we prioritize a strong track record in any industry that demonstrates your ability to manage complex products successfully. Experience with marketplace platforms is also highly beneficial. You have played a pivotal role in the success of a startup or project from its early stages through to scale-up or exit. Your experience is backed by strong skills in product tools, user flow design and a deep understanding of monetization strategies. You are highly organized, self-sufficient, and excel at coordinating teams to drive product excellence.

    Required Job Experiences/Background

    • Product Management: 7+ years of experience with a strong track record in leading successful product initiatives (Required)
    • Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in Social Media and/or Creator Marketing (Highly Preferred), with experience in marketplace platforms considered highly advantageous.
    • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage high-performing product teams (Required)
    • Monetization Knowledge: Deep understanding of monetization strategies and their application in digital products (Required)
    • Tool Proficiency: High expertise in Product Board, or other product management tools; Expertise with Jira (Required)
    • User Flow Design: Strong experience in creating and optimizing user flows (Required)
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making (Required)
    • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively across departments (Required)
    • Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders (Preferred)
    • Marketplaces Experience: Experience with marketplace platforms (Preferred)
    • Entrepreneurial Experience: Having successfully built any revenue-generating business, product or tool by/for yourself is a strong plus (Preferred)
