Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable Python-based microservices with focus on audio processing
- Develop and maintain high-performance REST APIs using FastAPI
- Build robust data processing pipelines for audio streams and wav file handling
- Implement secure authentication and authorization systems
- Create and optimize caching strategies using Redis
- Design and implement asynchronous operations for efficient audio processing
- Integrate and fine-tune LLM models for audio-related applications
- Write comprehensive test suites and maintain high code quality standards
- Collaborate with data scientists to implement ML models and pipelines in production
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
- 5+ years of professional Python development experience
- Strong proficiency in async Python 3
- Hands-on experience with the OCI Stack
- Experience building and shipping production ready code
- Stateful connections and handling state in a scalable environment
- Solid understanding of API security best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of PyTest or similar testing frameworks
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially GitHub Actions
Nice to Have:
- Experience with FastAPI and pydantic framework
- Knowledge of Redis or similar key-value stores
- Familiarity with S3 or similar cloud storage solutions
- Experience with React for data visualization
