Salesforce Product Owner (m/f/d)

As SoSafe's new Salesforce Product Owner, you will be the key driver in taking our CRM processes to the next level to facilitate SoSafe's rapid commercial growth. While ensuring our current project roadmap is delivered, you work closely with key business stakeholders to shape the strategic direction of our CRM ecosystem.

Your mission

• Lead the strategic development of our SFDC platform to ensure maximum value for our stakeholders in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing & Accounting 
• Own the CRM roadmap & ensure its timely delivery through iterative planning & frequent reviews of our development output capacity 
• Responsible for managing key CRM Projects, reporting on progress & ensuring timely delivery 
• Understand business requirements, create functional user stories & process flows and define acceptance criteria as the main facilitator between our technical CRM team and the Go-To-Market organization, represented by our Revenue Operations Business Partners 

Your profile

• 4+ years of experience as Product Owner / Manager. At least 2 or more years of Salesforce experience 
• You are an excellent communicator and can easily navigate conversations with the Go-To-Market & CRM development teams 
• Clear track record in writing user stories, scoping & managing projects, including conducting User Acceptance Testing 
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Admin or Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus, but not required 
• Experience in SaaS business models and their quote-to-cash process is a plus 
• Experience in leading a team is a plus 
• Fluent in English is a requirement
