Your mission
We’re looking for a hands-on, curious, and detail oriented WS/Intern to join our Operations team. In this role, you’ll support a wide range of operational areas helping us keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll gain broad exposure to the inner workings of a high-growth tech company and contribute directly to cross-functional projects that make a real impact.
Your Profile
- Support ongoing Operations projects across Finance, HR, Compliance, and InfoSec
- Help maintain and improve internal documentation, tools, and process frameworks
- Support the implementation and documentation of internal Information Security policies and practices (e.g. access control, asset management, compliance checklists)
- Assist with HR operations tasks (e.g. onboarding, employee records, internal tools)
- Assist with financial operations, such as preparing supporting documents for monthly reporting
- Help plan and organize internal initiatives, team events, or office-related tasks
- Proactively suggest improvements and bring fresh ideas to optimize how we work
- We work in a hybrid setup, but you should be located in Munich for regular in-office collaboration.
