Head of Marketing (m/f/d)

As we expand, we are looking for a creative, visionary and hands-on Head of Marketing (m/f/d). In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and leading our marketing strategy and positioning us as industry leaders. Your expertise will build-up and guide the marketing team through the planning and execution of initiatives that enhance our brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and boost revenue growth.

Tasks

How you can bring your talents to us

• Build-up and develop the marketing team to promote a culture of trust, high performance and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain compelling and bold brand strategies that resonate with our target markets and clearly differentiate us from competitors.
• Organizing the marketing activity roadmap, including budget allocations, to lead team activities across multiple channels.
• Design and implement innovative lead generation and nurturing strategies to attract and convert leads through both inbound and outbound marketing efforts.
• Create end execute comprehensive campaign plans and communication strategy for our products across all channels (offline and online).
• Manage the organization of promotional events and industry fairs to increase brand visibility and market engagement.
• Work with the team on the design, tone and messaging as well as conversion strategy of our website.
• Regularly update and review marketing performance reports and analytics dashboards to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and activities.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with external agencies and service providers.

Requirements

Your Profile

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent both in German and English.
• 5y+ professional experience in marketing, communications or a related field, with proven leadership ability and teamwork mindset.
• Proven successes in development and execution of creative and bold marketing strategies, in particular B2B.
• Balance strategic thinking and pragmatism – being not afraid to “pitch in and get own hands dirty”.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including but not limited to CRM platforms, email marketing solutions, Google Analytics, Google/Linked Ads.
• Analytical thinking and the ability work KPI-driven converting data into actionable insights.
• Ideally, you have knowledge and working experience in the PV, energy storage and/or renewable energy sector.
• Experience in working within a marketing agency is a plus.
