Your missionThe Start2 Group is searching for a Working Student to support startup accelerator programs in Munich. This position requires an elementary understanding of entrepreneurship, a strong ability to learn, and passion for a career working with entrepreneurs and innovators.
- Support the planning, development, and execution of one or more startup accelerator programs in Europe with topics including scaling, internationalization, and fundraising
- Support the coordination of workshops and speaker sessions that address the core needs of startups
- Work collaboratively within the program team to ensure the smooth execution of the program, including pre-participation, participation, and graduation activities
- Organize workshops and meetings with startups to understand their challenges and take notes of startups’ meetings with mentors/partners/companies
- Support program teams on event management and coordination as needed
- Support the program's digital presence, including content creation and community engagement on social media platforms
- Help in managing databases and tracking program metrics to evaluate success and areas for improvement

- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Comfortable learning various software tools such as Hubspot, Notion, Microsoft, ChatGPT, and others
- Excellent command of written and spoken English. Ideal candidates are comfortable with conversational German in a business context
- Currently enrolled in any university, preferably in the area of business administration, entrepreneurship, or technology
- Previous learning experience in corporates, startups, corporate innovation, program management and/or accelerator programs is a plus
- Able to travel up 10% of time (primarily Germany, ~5 to ~10 times annually)
- Willing to have contract length be minimum of 6 months (ideally longer)
