Tasks

As a Manager at Strategy Engineers you will take on the different challenges a management consultant faces in the transformation of the mobility industry towards sustainable technologies.

From day one, you are responsible for the implementation and leadership of a small team of younger consultants. You will contribute your existing expert knowledge and leadership skills.

Within the scope of your project management role, you are supporting our customers in the development and implementation of strategic and operational solutions.

Besides leading a team of younger colleagues, you will aim to recognize the individual talents of each team member and to use and develop them further in the best possible way. As a mentor and coach you regularly give feedback. You will also be actively involved in the company‘s development and help to expand and share specific expertise within the company.

Requirements

• At least five years of relevant professional experience in management consulting within technology-driven industries
• Experienced in leading a management consultancy project team
• Excellent university degree from a renowned university
• Fascination for technology and strategic questions going beyond the actual product itself
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team and team leading, business fluent English and German, empathy,flexibility, enthusiasm and the willingness to take responsibility
