    Today we have the Product Manager EMS - Germany for you in store.
    Do you want to take PV-Products onto the next Level? Then let`s have a look what a EMS product Manager does:

    • Management and development of energy management products and solutions alongside of the entire product lifecycle with continuous improvement
    • Continuous monitoring and assessment of the market environment, competitors, regulatory framework, and development of action recommendations
    • Interface for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify market needs and technological trends and translate them into innovative product solutions
    • Conducting product training and presentations for internal stakeholders and external customers or partners
    • Close collaboration with sales and marketing in the development of marketing materials and sales strategies
    • Close collaboration with Sungrow’s global product management team to exchange synergies and best practices
    • Preparation of technical product documentation and maintenance

    Your profile

    well then tto keep you entertained and challenged over the next years it is vital to bring the following taits into this job, let`s have another look shall we?

    • Completed degree in engineering, energy technology, economics, or a comparable qualification
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, ideally in energy management systems and renewable energies
    • In-depth knowledge of energy management systems, sector coupling and residential PV solutions
    • Attention to details. You're able to dive into the details and connect them through to the big picture of delivering an exceptional and brand-aligned experience
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to work independently in an international and dynamic environment
    • Proactive person and working style with willingness to learn and drive clean energy
    • Language package: English C1 – German is big plus
