Your role
As a UX/UI Designer at Synthflow AI, your role will be to conduct in-depth user research and translate your findings into actionable and high-fidelity UI and UX to support our product-led growth. You will be expected to dive deep into the market and AI technology, develop a comprehensive understanding of our customers, and derive clear UX enhancements based on this knowledge.
You will play a critical role in our team, bringing your hands-on approach to the design process. We are looking for someone fearless in experimenting, make decisions based on a mix of data and intuition, and who can work efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment with emerging and truly innovative AI technologies.
Tasks
Your Mission
- User Research: Dive deep into user behaviors and preferences. Understand their needs, aspirations, and pain points, and turn these insights into actionable design strategies.
- Innovative Design: Create seamless, intuitive, and visually stunning user interfaces using tools like Figma.
- Collaborate: Work in tandem with cross-functional teams, articulate your design rationale, and thrive in an environment of mutual feedback.
- Stay Agile: Adapt, experiment, and iterate quickly in a dynamic startup space, ensuring our AI solutions always have a user-centric approach.
Requirements
You have
- Communication Skills: You should be adept at presenting your ideas and also be an active listener.
- User-Centric Mindset: A proven ability to transform user research into tangible product enhancements.
- Proficiency in Tools: Mastery over Figma is a must. Experience with no-code platforms like bubble.io, webflow, or zapier will earn you brownie points.
- Portfolio: Show us your creative journey. We're keen to see your process, the impact you've created, and the designs you're proud of.
- Experience: At least 5 years in the UX/UI design arena.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with no-code tools like bubble.io, webflow, or zapier.
- Experience with GenAI or intricate B2B products in the ML/AI/Data realm is a significant advantage.
