  • We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations for our German entities. This role involves managing HR projects, acting as a key HR reference, and driving HR development activities, including recruitment, training, skills development, mobility, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to foster team cohesion, promote company culture, and provide strategic support to the leadership team.

    Vos missions

    HR Strategy and Management:

    • Manage HR inquiries and serve as the primary contact for local HR matters across multiple sites.
    • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure transparency and consistency.
    • Promote a collaborative work environment and actively support company culture.
    • Align local HR practices with overall company vision and strategic goals.

    Project Management:

    • Lead and manage HR projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Act as the point of contact for project-related HR issues, ensuring effective team communication.

    Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

    • Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent for niche roles (e.g., sales, quality specialists, IT).
    • Manage the recruitment process from need analysis with managers to onboarding and integration of new hires.

    Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and create programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
    • Oversee the execution of training and development initiatives.

    Performance Management:

    • Support managers in conducting professional interviews and performance reviews.
    • Provide career development guidance and support mobility within the organization.

    Communication and Confidentiality:

    • Maintain open communication across all levels and with the works council.
    • Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.

    Vos compétences

    Required Experience & Knowledge:

    • Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a corporate group environment.
    • Expertise in project management and serving as an HR reference.
    • Strong skills in HR development activities, including recruitment, training, and skills development.
    • Excellent communication, high sense of confidentiality, and facilitation skills.
    • Proficiency in professional English.

    Specific Knowledge and Skills:

    • Experience in a multinational or large industrial company.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Proficiency in HR software and systems; SuccessFactors knowledge is a plus.
    • Demonstrated influential leadership and ability to foster team cohesion.
    • Exceptional relationship management and active listening skills.

    Avantages

    Hybrid working model: 3 days on site and 2 days from home.
    Start Date: ASAP.
    Salary/Package: €80-85K + 5% Corporate Target Bonus.
    Work Hours: 40 per week (Monday to Friday).
    Opportunities for business travel to Hamburg.
