    About the role

    Germany’s leading doctor on-demand platform is looking for a Head of Growth to drive the ambitious growth of its patient base. Join us in establishing the most-loved digital health platform in the German healthcare system by developing systems that effectively acquire, monetize, and retain patients.

    What you’ll do

    • Leadership: Coach and mentor a cross-functional team of growth managers (acquisition and retention), product managers, designers, and software developers who are always up for challenges and expect a fast-paced working style.
    • Experiment-driven execution: You own one of our core KPIs – the monthly active users, as well as their activation journey and retention. To optimize their experience and grow our user base you base all actions on strong hypotheses, KPIs, and data-driven decisions. You understand failure as a learning opportunity to increase the chances of success.
    • Communication & Alignment: You motivate your team, communicate efficiently and navigate them to reach your team goals together. You ensure the best alignment processes are in place and develop reports to track key metrics and illustrate the impact of growth initiatives.
    • End-to-end responsibility: Growth at TeleClinic revolves around the entire system of acquisition (e.g. organic or performance marketing), monetization and retention (e.g. CRM). You own the lifecycle of all different patient types: from urgent, over chronic to family-care patients, always focussed on optimizing our CLV.
    • Strategy: Develop and own the strategy for Patient Growth at TeleClinic. This includes everything long-term planning and executing quarterly planning sessions with your team to assess the impact of initiatives.

    • Empathetic Leader: You have leadership experience in dynamic environments and are experienced in managing leadership responsibilities. You are charismatic and deliver structured, open, and transparent communication, paired with a deep understanding of growth systems.
    • Data-driven Problem Solver: You think strategically while being able to dive deeply into data and execute solutions. You bring strong problem-solving and analytical skills to the table, focusing on customer understanding and centricity.
    • Experience Managing Multidisciplinary teams: You understand the challenges of working with a cross-functional growth team and know what it takes to succeed.
