We are a market research institute that specialises in international surveys in the business sector. We survey business partners in North and South America, Asia, Africa and, of course, throughout Europe.

Tasks

For an exclusive customer satisfaction survey in South Korea, we are looking for interviewers who are fluent in Korean. Our client is a well established German company that wants to know whether its business partners in South Korea are satisfied or whether there is a need for optimisation. Ideally, you will also speak German and/or English for communication in the project.

Project start: April 30 till May 30 2025
Hourly wage: 14.00 Euros
Requirements: Resident in Germany
Mini job in 100% home office
Ideal for students

We offer you a mini-job as an interviewer in telephone market research. If you enjoy making phone calls, want to interview people on the phone using a predefined questionnaire and speak fluent Korean, you can start with us as a telephone interviewer in market research. Ideally, you will also speak German and/or English for communication in the project.

Students are always welcome to join us!

Requirements

fluent in Korean / ideally a native speaker
Knowledge of German or English
Enjoy telephoning and dealing with people
A friendly and winning telephone voice
clear pronunciation
A confident telephone manner
Flexibility, team spirit, reliability and commitment
good basic PC skills

As early as the application process, we offer you training and practical application options to help you become proficient in professional telephoning. Later on, our supervisors will give you feedback and help with telephone work and dealing with dialogue partners.

As you will be carrying out this task as part of a mini-job, a residence permit (only for non-EU citizens) and no other secondary employment are required.
