Would you like to independently implement business-oriented change management strategies for our PE and SME clients, thus creating tangible impact for shareholder-led, growing companies?

As an expert in (digital) business models, processes, and tools, you will act directly at the client's site as a change agent, skillfully implementing tailor-made instructions within the framework of change projects.

Tasks

In addition to a comprehensive professional onboarding, including a coach-buddy system, you will gain deep insights into the transaction business and the private equity industry from day one. Look forward to diverse and responsible tasks, such as:

Analyzing the impact of procedural and organizational changes following company acquisitions and sales in the private equity context
Developing customized change, communication, and training concepts based on the recommendations of our consulting team and in consultation with stakeholders
Taking responsibility for planning, moderating, and implementing measures, as well as managing communication activities and organizing workshops
Monitoring and tracking the implemented change measures and project progress

Requirements

You have a strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, are an absolute team player with hands-on qualities, and strive for collective success. Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following:

You have several years of professional experience in Change Management, preferably in management consulting, with a focus on finance/transactions, IT, and innovation.
Completed studies in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Business Informatics, or a similar relevant field.
Quick comprehension and a strong interest in delving into new topics in detail.
In-depth understanding of business models and knowledge of the latest developments.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
Willingness to travel as required for project-related purposes.
