Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source qualified candidates for various roles within consumer services.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ skill sets and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clearly understand their hiring needs.
- Utilize social media platforms and job boards for effective candidate outreach.
- Prepare and present candidate profiles to clients for consideration.
- Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing insights and feedback.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
