Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various roles in the online media sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and clients.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to gauge candidate fit and qualifications.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify talent.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through job offer negotiation and acceptance.
- Provide regular updates to clients and candidates on the status of the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and candidates.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
