Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Create and manage job postings that effectively communicate the role and requirements.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and fit.
- Build rapport with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with clients to fully understand their hiring needs and company culture.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
- Continuously refine and adapt recruitment approaches based on feedback and industry trends.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in an online environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with online recruiting tools and platforms.
- Fluency in English (C1/C2 level), both written and spoken.
