Responsibilities

Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Proven experience in recruitment or staffing, preferably in a freelance capacity.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on clarity and persuasion.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and online platforms for sourcing candidates.
