As a freelance recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing candidates for various positions across multiple industries, ensuring that they find the right fit for their skills and aspirations. You will be working from the comfort of your home while engaging with clients and candidates primarily in German. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess a keen sense for identifying top talent. Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates for various job openings across Europe.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills in German and English.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction.
- Utilize various recruiting platforms and social media to find potential candidates.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and provide coaching as necessary.
- Negotiate offers and close the deal between candidates and clients.
- Maintain an organized database of candidates and job openings for efficient tracking.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Able to attend a 3 months fully paid training in Greece
