    Responsibilities

    • Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events.

    • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
    • Provide feedback to candidates and clients throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients.

    Requirements

    • Fluency in German and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients alike.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and feedback.
    • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
    • A proactive and self-motivated approach, capable of working independently while achieving recruitment goals.
