Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and attract talented candidates for various roles, focusing on the German-speaking markets.
- Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the positions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Utilize social media and job boards effectively for proactive sourcing.
- Prepare and present candidate profiles to clients, ensuring a clear representation of qualifications.
- Support candidates through the hiring process, providing them with valuable insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Available for 3 months training in Greece
