Key Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and recruit qualified candidates for positions across Germany and other German-speaking markets.
• Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific recruitment needs and preferences.
• Utilize social media and job boards to proactively identify and engage potential candidates.
• Provide candidates with guidance and support throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare and present qualified candidates to clients, highlighting their strengths and suitability for the roles.

Requirements
