  • YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Take complete ownership of ESN’s international expansion across European countries and sales channels (DTC/B2B). 
    • Build local teams and execute activities to boost brand awareness, acquire new customers, and drive profitable growth. 
    • Manage the financial performance of each international market, with a focus on surpassing revenue targets and ensuring profitability. 
    • Lead cross-functional teams in various local markets, including Influencer Marketing, Event Marketing, Customer Service, and B2B Sales. 
    • Recruit and manage small teams in each local market and a central team in Hamburg HQ. 
    • Ensure alignment and collaboration across headquarters, country teams, and other departments. 


    YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
    • A minimum of 7 years of international business experience, spanning various domains including commercial operations, eCommerce, FMCG, and influencer marketing. 
    • Outstanding drive for results, coupled with excellent organizational skills, effectively executing strategic plans. 
    • Exceptional adaptability and capability in navigating complex business challenges, making decisive decisions under pressure, and effectively collaborating with teams and stakeholders. 
    • High-energy, creative, and entrepreneurial spirit, willing to take calculated risks and drive innovation. 
    • Deep understanding of consumer insights across diverse markets, staying curious to decode industry nuances and outperform competition. 
    • Serve as an authentic brand ambassador, embodying ESN's values within the fitness/gym enthusiast community, adaptable to international contexts. 
    • Fluency in English, German language skills are a plus. 
    • High willingness to travel frequently between the different office locations and markets.
