  • YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage brand portfolio to optimize market presence and profitability, including (re)launches and retirements. 
    • Collaborate with product development teams to launch new products aligned with brand positioning. 
    • Define go-to-market strategies, coordinate promotional campaigns, and monitor activation campaign performance. 
    • Stay updated on market trends, gather and analyze market data, and identify growth opportunities. 
    • Drive successful product launches through comprehensive plans and cross-functional coordination. 
    • Develop and manage product budgets, forecasts, pricing strategies, and track performance metrics for revenue and profitability. 


    YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 
    • 2-3 years of experience in product management within the FMCG industry. 
    • Proven track record of successfully managing product portfolios, from concept to launch to lifecycle management. 
    • Strong understanding of portfolio analysis, market segmentation, and product positioning strategies. 
    • Experience in developing and executing activation plans, including defining go-to-market strategies, distribution, and pricing. 
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research, data analysis, and financial planning. 
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. 
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results through cross-functional teamwork. 
    • Fluency in English, German language skills are a plus.
