Regional Training Manager

Tasks

Conduct engaging and insightful training sessions on products, business strategies, and network building.
Develop high-quality course materials and demonstrations, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
Collect and share successful product case studies to enhance learning and sales performance.
Organize and execute impactful training events and educational programs.
Provide excellent translation support during events and training sessions (proficiency in 2-3 languages is preferred).
Support the Education & Training Department with various training initiatives and projects.

Requirements

Experience in the direct selling industry and understanding of its business concept.
Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
Strong organizational skills for event planning and execution.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Excellent speaking and writing in English and Chinese
