For our customer success team, we’re looking for a Junior Solution Engineer to join us to accelerate sales cycles and serve as a ticketbro product and sales expert. You will serve as an important link between the Go-To-Market and the Product/Engineering parts of the company and will be a key partner to Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams in shaping how our providers use the product and how our product evolves with the providers’ needs.

Aufgaben
You'll be responsible for being very close to our existing clients and helping them with their day-to-day product questions. In addition you're supporting the sales tema for realizing custom projects and keeping an eye on incoming new requests from our providers and customers.
- Building delightful experiences and features that users love from end to end.
- Bringing innovative ideas to the table and shaping the future of our product.
- Working very collaboratively, empowering others and improving as a team.
- Partner with sales team to understand provider's current challenges, requirements, and business objectives.
- Present demos and create reusable assets (videos, talk tracks, best practices) to ensure efficiency and continuously improve customer experience. We call it the ticketbro academy.
- Lead Proof Of Concepts where necessary to help customers validate technical requirements
- Answer customer questions about technical topics
- Be able to solve technical problems and requests on your own, by coding and developing the desired features or fix potentials bugs.
Qualifikation
- 1+ years experience in a technical or customer facing role, experience in pre-sales solutions engineering or solutions consulting of advantage
- Knowledge with React Native on iOS and Android.
- Minimum of 1 years with either React Native or React.js.
- Minimum of 1 years with Node.js and AWS Lambda.
- Proficient with GraphQL, AWS CDK and TypeScript
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- You love to be up to date with the latest developments in mobile, web and cloud technologies.
- You have an eye for product design and user experience.
- It goes without saying that your code is clean, structured and well-tested
- Experience with TDD is a plus
- Experience with payment gateway providers (e.g. Stripe) is a plus
- Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
- Experience in managing a small development team is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English with an interest in delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations
- Being able to work from time to time on-site with our team in the heart of Munich will be an additional plus.
