Wir suchen eine*n Junior Performance Marketing Manager*in im Bereich Marketing in Vollzeit.

Tasks

Aufgaben

• Du bist zuständig für die Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung bezahlter Kampagnen (überwiegend Google Ads, Paid Social, etc.) und trägst damit maßgeblich zum Unternehmenserfolg bei.
• Um unsere Marketingaktivitäten kontinuierlich zu verbessern, behältst du den Wettbewerb im Auge und informierst Dich regelmäßig über neue Markttrends.
• Du stellst die zuverlässige Erfolgskontrolle unserer Kampagnenperformance sicher und entwickelst unsere Performance Marketing Kanäle durch stetige Optimierung weiter.
• Du definierst und überwachst relevante KPIs, anhand der du ebenfalls Reportings erstellst.

Requirements

Qualifikation

• Du hast eine hohe Online-Affinität und idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Performance Marketing sammeln können.
• Du hast bereits erste praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen Online-Marketing-Tools (z. B. Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, usw.) gemacht.
• Du bist zuverlässig, hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und zeichnest dich durch eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise aus.
• Als Teamplayer*in hast du Spaß daran, gemeinsam im Team etwas zu bewirken und überzeugst mit deiner lösungsorientierten und motivierten Art.
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch - unsere Unternehmenssprache ist Deutsch.
• Du bringst Leidenschaft für Musik, Kultur & Live Entertainment und Lust auf Arbeit in einem internationalen Konzern mit.
