    As a Senior Product Manager - Growth at Tomorrow University, you will be responsible for developing a product that drives growth across the funnel. Your role is crucial in growing our community to the next level in close collaboration with all teams across the organisation.

    You will help us translate the company's strategy into a strong product strategy, impactful initiatives, driving business results, and maintaining the product roadmap in alignment with strategic goals and the overall product vision.


    What you will do:

    • Strategy: Work with the Founder in maintaining the overall product roadmap aligned with OKRs, customer needs and the product vision.
    • Increase Reach and Community: Build with us to grow the next-generation university making programs more accessible and more engaging. Key focus will be to build and extend Product Led and Community Led Growth into the Platform. Apply best practices and work with the business owner to find ways to leverage strategies.
    • Hands-on Product: Lead the product process. Collaborate with the design and engineering team from opportunity, via requirement of clarification to successful implementation ensuring the business goals are met. Work closely together with stakeholders and customers to solve problems and develop the learning platform of tomorrow. Promote an outcome-oriented mindset and product thinking throughout your cross-functional team and beyond.
    • Team Play: Create an outstanding product team. Facilitate teamwork, conversations, and decision-making processes across functions. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders from across or outside the organization to ensure alignment.
    • Data Driven: Ensure success, measurability, and visibility of critical KPIs and health metrics. Regularly review and analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement in user experience.
    • User Centricity: Understand the market and all users. Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements. Work with UX to understand goals and uncover underserved needs for product development.
    • People and Team Development: Educate the team on the product and mentor selected people on the team.
