As Product Manager (m/f/d) for the Partnerships squad at ToolTime you'll spearhead the development of a product with the potential to reshape the future of tradespeople businesses. Joining our dynamic and fast-paced product team, you'll drive every stage of the product development process, from discovery to release.

What you’ll do 🚀

• Define a roadmap together with our partner which is aligned with ToolTime’s organizational and business goals
• Provide guidance and expertise to our partner in the prioritization of product features
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional peers in a dedicated squad to craft innovative solutions that continually enhance customer value and satisfaction
• Identify and overcome bottlenecks to optimize speed and value delivery, all while balancing the needs of internal and external stakeholders
• Assist and guide the partner in driving research initiatives to gain insights into customer needs and feature complexity, ensuring we're always moving forward with informed decisions
• Monitor, analyze, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and product development progress to key stakeholders
• Collaborate with our product and product engineering leadership to define requirements for features on the product roadmap
• Cultivate strong relationships and open communication channels to ensure internal and external alignment, successful product delivery, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

What we are looking for ✨

• 2+ years of product management experience in a data-driven, fast-paced environment, preferably within a B2B/SaaS startup
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Exceptional prioritization skills and a relentless drive to continuously improve our product
• A solid technical background to learn and engage in the analysis of technical solutions
• Strong interpersonal and team management skills, coupled with a passion for motivating teams to deliver high-quality product features
• Fluent English skills, German skills are a plus
• Availability to work 28 - 32 hours per week
