Tasks
The CEO will have the following key responsibilities:
- Revenue Expansion: Spearhead initiatives to triple the company’s recurring revenue by leveraging innovative product development, diversifying sales channels, and identifying synergistic acquisition opportunities.
- SaaS Growth Blueprint: Design and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for the SaaS business, integrating cross-functional efforts across product, sales, and commercial operations to ensure robust and sustainable scaling.
- Transformational Leadership: Lead the organization through a pivotal growth phase, cultivating a results-oriented environment while aligning operational excellence with strategic growth ambitions.
- Cultural Excellence: Champion an inclusive and collaborative workplace, prioritizing employee engagement, fostering talent development, and creating a strong sense of belonging within the team.
- Strategic Hiring & Team Growth: Build and expand the leadership and broader teams, ensuring the company attracts and retains exceptional talent to drive its ambitious growth agenda.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring a demonstrated history of scaling SaaS businesses and successfully steering teams through dynamic phases of growth and transformation.
Key qualifications include:
- SaaS Growth Leadership: Over 10 years of experience driving expansion and scaling operations within B2B SaaS companies.
- Experience: Background in a top-tier consulting company or high-growth PE-backed company is a plus
- Revenue Acceleration: Proven expertise in achieving significant recurring revenue growth through innovative product strategies, optimized pricing models, bundling solutions, and effective sales execution.
- Leadership in Change: Skilled in managing organizational transformation, cultivating high-performing teams, and nurturing a forward-thinking, innovative company culture.
- Strategic Insight: Extensive experience crafting and implementing go-to-market strategies, balancing product innovation, and commercial initiatives to fuel growth.
- Location: Based in Munich, DE or Basel, CH, with flexibility for partial remote work.
- Languages: Fluency in English and German is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
