- Lead the development and continuous growth of a high-performing, internationally focused marketing team, leveraging data and analytics.
- Set up a centralized service function to deliver cutting-edge marketing strategies tailored for eCommerce.
- Build and lead a business development team dedicated to driving eCommerce growth.
- Oversee the establishment and optimization of performance tracking tools, processes for real-time reporting, and forecasting to monitor marketing efforts effectively.
- Drive the creation of data-driven marketing initiatives, managing central campaigns and advising regional teams on best practices and execution.
- Take charge of enhancing the digital operations framework, focusing on long-term efficiency and scalability.
- Continuously refine and streamline digital processes and ensure smooth coordination with third-party service providers to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifikation
- Proven track record in leading online marketing strategies from concept through execution, including both strategic and tactical expertise.
- In-depth understanding of eCommerce business models and how advanced marketing techniques can optimize performance.
- Expertise in key marketing areas including search engine advertising, optimization, campaign management, customer retention strategies, and social media engagement.
- Strong familiarity with industry best practices for on-site and off-site marketing and their synergistic impact on overall performance.
- Solid experience in optimizing eCommerce operations and implementing effective service processes to drive operational excellence.
- Leadership experience managing large, international teams and several direct reports.
- Experience in driving organizational growth, fostering a culture of innovation, and balancing creativity with efficiency within teams.
- Solid background in process management, operational optimization, and applying business development methodologies in the eCommerce space.
- A strategic, business-savvy approach to evaluating growth potential and optimizing organizational performance.
- Proficiency in both German and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
