- Build and scale a high-performing, internationally oriented eCommerce organization with a strong focus on data and analytics.
- Establish a centralized function to develop and roll out advanced, eCommerce-specific growth strategies across markets.
- Lead a business development team dedicated to unlocking new growth opportunities and accelerating digital sales.
- Implement and optimize tools and processes for real-time performance tracking, reporting, and forecasting to drive data-informed decisions.
- Develop and execute global eCommerce initiatives, while guiding regional teams on best practices and campaign excellence.
- Enhance the operational backbone of digital commerce with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and long-term impact.
- Continuously improve digital workflows and processes, ensuring seamless collaboration with external partners and a superior customer journey.
Qualifikation
- A proven track record in leading end-to-end eCommerce strategies – from concept to execution – with both strategic vision and hands-on expertise.
- Deep understanding of digital business models and how advanced eCommerce and marketing levers drive performance.
- Expertise across key areas such as SEA/SEO, campaign management, CRM, and social media – with a strong sense for customer engagement and retention.
- Strong grasp of on-site and off-site performance drivers and how to align them for maximum commercial impact.
- Significant experience optimizing eCommerce operations and establishing scalable service processes.
- Leadership experience with international teams and multiple direct reports, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- A growth mindset paired with a pragmatic, results-driven approach – balancing creativity, efficiency, and innovation.
- Solid background in business development, process excellence, and performance-oriented team management.
- Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
