In order to achieve our vision, we are looking for an Executive Search Consultant who is capable of sourcing, qualifying and supporting candidates throughout their application process as part of Top Line's headhunting activities.

Aufgaben

Account and client relationship management
Advising the client on open positions and processing client requests
Conducting interviews with potential candidates
Evaluate and score interviews
Assist candidates throughout the application process from start to finish
Schedule appointments with clients and candidates

Qualifikation

Successfully completed a graduate degree in human resources, management, or a related field
HR tech experience is a plus
based in Berlin, Hamburg or Munich
