    Aufgaben

    • Execute and manage day-to-day prioritisation and co-ordination of tasks within the team and provide hands-on technical support and guidance to team members
    • Act as an escalation point providing sufficient levels of technical know-how to carry-out or assist in root cause identification and permanent resolution of issues
    • Adopt and implement Industry best practice policies, procedures and frameworks, in particular ensuring effective and efficient incident, problem and change management
    • Proactively seek out new and innovative solutions to deliver efficient and cost-effective IT services to meet evolving business needs
    • Oversee and execute the implementation of IT projects, or workstreams and cooperate with various departments to gather requirements and manage expectations.
    • Ensure all delivered IT Services security and continuity are in line with business requirements and accepted risk level
    • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability and performance of all services
    • Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of (mainly) Microsoft based services using the MS toolset ( e.g. Intune), including Windows OS, Office 365, Microsoft Entra ID
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

    Qualifikation

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in German and English
    • Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including Windows OS, Office 365, Intune, Entra and Azure
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a pro
    • Experience with IT project management, Requirements gathering and stakeholder management
    • Knowledge of ITIL and the implementation of its best practices
    • Strong focus on delivering high-quality IT services, particularly in workplace and Infrastructure support
    • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with end users and stakeholders
    • Commitment to improving user experience and satisfaction, especially with Microsoft products and services
