• Develop and nurture relationships with decision-makers in private equity, venture capital, and digital growth companies
• Represent Top Line Advisory at industry events, conferences, and marketing activities to build brand visibility
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of search mandates and client projects

Qualifikation

• 5+ years experience in executive search / sales & go-to-market roles in digital growth companies
• Proven ability to connect with and consult senior executives and decision-makers on an eye-to-eye level
• Strong track record of closing high-value deals and managing client relationships
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for driving business growth and a commitment to excellence
