Our founders are experienced business and product leaders from major e-commerce players across Europe including Zalando, Delivery Hero, and Just Eat/Takeaway and we are backed by Atlantic Food Labs and Connect Ventures. Since we went live in Q4 2022, we've seen high adoption rates and returning satisfying customers who are using Torg to simplify their sourcing processes.
We're looking to scale our marketing team to build our band, engage with our users, and grow our customer base. The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in marketing.
Tasks
- Social Media Management: Set the strategy and a plan for social media. Produce and post content, increasing our follower base.
- Newsletters: Set the strategy and process for newsletters. Create the content and send it out continuously.
- Ads: Operate and optimize our Google Ads.
- Content creation: Create engaging content suitable for our audience that increases visitors and engagement for both online and offline activations.
- Work cross-functionally on any new projects that excite you or add value to the company.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program at a German or European university with a minimum of 2 semesters of studies completed and strong academic results
- Mandatory internship as a part of the study program or working student
- Strong communication skills, a creative mind, a drive for results, and a passion for marketing and brand-building
- Preference for native English speakers, other European languages a plus
