Aufgaben

Team Leadership and Management: Build, lead, and manage a high-performing development team.

Create a collaborative and results-driven environment while mentoring and empowering team-leads to strengthen leadership across sub-teams.

Software Development Lifecycle Oversight: Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, with a focus on agile methodologies and industry standards.

Monitor and refine workflows to deliver projects on time and maintain high-quality outputs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product management, design, and operation teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Promote the adoption of new technologies and tools to keep the team aligned with industry advancements.

Technical Excellence: Define and uphold best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to maintain consistent standards in deliverables.

Make informed decisions on the technology stack, tools, and frameworks to address current and future needs.

Architectural Oversight: Lead architectural decisions to design scalable, maintainable, and secure systems.

Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and address risks associated with software development to maintain consistency and predictability in project execution.

Qualifikation

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

Experience: 10+ years in software development, including 5+ years managing agile teams (Scrum, Kanban)

Technical Expertise:

Proven track record of developing high-reliability, low-latency software. Experience in the financial sector is a plus.

Expert-level proficiency in Python; experience with Go is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, and microservices.
Hands-on experience with cloud-based environments, DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).

Leadership: Excellent team management skills, with success in building and motivating high-performing teams.

Communication: Strong ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Adept at making decisions under pressure in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Innovation: Passionate about innovation and staying updated on industry trends.

Interest: Deep interest in financial systems and cryptocurrencies.
